Shipping:
At this time we ship anywhere in the world
* Waytogogolf uses EMS, USPS, UPS and FedEx.
* Any requests for special delivery will be charged accordingly to the customer
* We can only ship to a physical address.
* We can not ship to a P.O. Box
* If an order was lost in transit, we will be glad to offer you a replacement or a refund on the original amount after the lost item has gone through the proper investigative procedures.
The main shipping method is EMS which is one of the cheapest and fastest international shipping methods.
The shipping fee is calculated by the weight. The shipping fee is different to each country.
To US and CA, the shipping fee of the first 500g is USD 21.17, then every 500g is USD 6.61.
EX.: The product weighs 1500g, the shipping address is US. The shipping fee is USD 21.17+USD 6.61 x 2 = USD 34.39
Returns:
Waytogogolf guarantees that your satisfaction is our top priority. We do our best to make returns as hassle free as possible. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the item for reimbursement or exchange. Please read our simple return guidelines below
* Please direct all returns to: returns@waytrogogolf.com
* All returns require a Return Goods Authorization (RA) number issued by Waytogogolf. Please email returns@waytogogolf.com for an RA number. Product returned without this authorization will be refused.
* All returns including the RA number must be returned to the designated warehouse supplied to you by Waytogogolf.
* Defective and Non-defective product can be returned within 30 days of sale through Waytogogolf. Upon receipt of the return and inspection of item the customer will then be credited, minus any freight, shipping or the 15% restocking fee.
* Returns will not be accepted 30 days after sale, regardless of reason. After 30 days, there will be no returns accepted.
* Non- defective product will only be accepted in resalable condition with all original packaging. Do NOT write the RA number on the original package. This will make the product ineligible for resale.
* All returns must be returned PREPAID regardless of reason. If a replacement order is sent, it will be shipped without freight expense or a handling fee to the customer.
* Special orders or closeouts are considered a closed sale and will not be eligible for return
Damages and Defects:
* Damages are the responsibility of the carrier once the shipment has been released. Please save all packaging - it must be available for inspection by the carrier. All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. No damage claims will be accepted for any reason after 10 days of receipt of goods
* Items with manufacturing defects must be sent directly to the specific manufacturer in accordance with their warranty terms after our 30 day return window
Out of Stock and Back ordered Items:
* Even though we continually check our inventory, mistakes do happen. If a product you have ordered is Out of Stock, Back Ordered or No Longer Available, you will be notified within 24 hours. Back Ordered items will be mailed as soon as they are available. If YOU choose, you will also be given the choice of a comparable item of similar cost and quality or we will gladly refund your amount, no questions asked. Your satisfaction is our only goal!
